Friendly Day Café is a welcoming, interactive social time for those with memory changes and their care partners. Come enjoy friendship and fun. A care partner is required to attend with each guest. The café is sponsored by Lahey Clinic.

With a wide range of irresistible, toe-tapping music, both familiar and new, from the Big Bands, the 1940's, 50's, and 60's, Broadway musicals, disco, and the Caribbean, Donna stimulates participants to stretch, shake, twist and bend. Donna brings themes, props, plenty of inspiration, and a sense of fun to elicit movement, dance, song and a greater sense of vitality. Open to all levels and abilities.
