Come prepared to move, whether in your seat or on your feet, to irresistible toe-tapping music from the Big Bands, the 1950's, 60's, Broadway, the Caribbean, and disco. Donna will bring props, inspiration, and a sense of fun and invites your participation so that together we can lift one another up.

This group will meet every 2 weeks.
