When we find ourselves stuck – in bad relationships, unsatisfying work, the therapeutic process – there is a corresponding stuck place in our bodies. In order to “move forward”, we need to move. But how? Paying attention to our moving bodies with an attitude of non-judgment provides us with clues as to how to move into the flow of our lives more harmoniously.

Location of this event will be announced by August 1, 2019.   There will be CEUs offered for LICSW and LMHC.  The admission fee of $35 covers lunch and CEU charges.  Those attending who are not seeking CEU credits will be charged $30.  Non-members are allowed to attend but we ask that everyone uses discretion (keeping discussions about confidential issues out of public).
