As we all know, self-care for the care partner is essential. In this session, we will explore ways of caring for ourselves through movement that nourishes our bodies, hearts, and souls. No prior “dance” experience is necessary. With fun music and like-minded community to motivate and support us, we will revel in what our bodies CAN DO to ease our stress.
